About this dua
Uthman ibn Affan reported that the Prophet ﷺ said: no servant says this three times in the morning of every day and the evening of every night except that nothing will harm him (Jami at-Tirmidhi 3388, graded hasan).
The narrator, Aban, later had a stroke. When a man looked at him, he said the hadith was true, but that on that day he had not said it. Keep it in your daily routine with the other morning and evening adhkar.
