In short: Every child of Adam is created with 360 joints (Sahih Muslim 1007), and every morning charity is due on each of them. Every SubhanAllah, Alhamdulillah and La ilaha illallah is charity, and two rak’ahs prayed in the forenoon (Duha) are enough for all of it (Sahih Muslim 720).

360 charities a day

Aisha reported that the Prophet ﷺ said each person is created with three hundred and sixty joints, and whoever glorifies Allah, praises Him, removes a stone or thorn from the road, or commands good, to the number of those joints, walks that day having saved himself from the Fire (Muslim 1007).

Two rak’ahs are enough

Abu Dharr reported that charity is due every morning from every bone of the body: every glorification is charity, every praise, every la ilaha illallah, every takbir, enjoining good and forbidding evil. And two rak’ahs prayed in the forenoon suffice for all of that (Muslim 720).
